Hi, I’m Jeremy Rouse, a people-first consultant with more than 16 years of experience working directly with the public and supporting teams that serve our communities every day. My career has been shaped by helping people navigate important moments in their lives and by building programs that make those experiences easier, more accessible, and more equitable.

In my most recent role as a Product Manager and Program Analyst with the Social Security Administration, I helped guide the development of digital services used by millions of people across the country. Before that, I spent many years on the front lines—supporting individuals and families through the disability and retirement process, improving service workflows, and coaching teammates to strengthen our ability to serve the public with empathy and consistency.

Across every role I’ve held with SSA, my focus has stayed the same: listening carefully, understanding real needs, and finding practical ways to improve how people access their benefits.  Now, I look forward to using my experience to help my clients navigate the complexities of the Social Security disability system. With years of service under my belt, I’m ready to help fight for you, because YOU matter.

I’ve seen first-hand how complex the process is for filing and receiving the benefits that many have worked so hard to earn at the hardest points in their lives. I’ve also watched as people have decided that the process is just too hard to pursue and instead continued to work, oftentimes worsening their underlying conditions. I do not take the responsibility of representing my clients lightly, because I know the weight the decision to file for benefits carries. My promise to each of my clients is that we will work together and I will use all of the experience I have gained working at SSA for most of my adult life to help you to the best of my ability.
